Job Summary:

The role holder will be responsible to support the Corporate Performance Management section by maintaining, analyzing, and enhancing the company’s corporate performance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting outputs. The role holder will be responsible to ensure accurate performance tracking, insightful analysis, and effective linkage between strategy, execution, and results to support informed management decision-making.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Maintain and update corporate Balanced Scorecards, and KPI frameworks to ensure alignment with approved corporate strategy.
  • Ensure the integrity of linkages between strategic objectives, KPIs, targets, and initiatives across corporate, divisional, and departmental levels.
  • Support enhancements to performance management frameworks based on lessons learned and stakeholder feedback.
  • Support the design, review, and documentation of KPIs in line with corporate standards and governance requirements.
  • Maintain KPI definitions, registers, targets, and ownership details to ensure clarity, consistency, and auditability.
  • Perform quality reviews of KPI data and escalate issues related to data gaps, inconsistencies, or weak metric design.
  • Conduct variance, trend, and root-cause analysis of corporate and divisional performance results.
  • Develop performance insights that clearly link outcomes to strategic objectives, initiatives, and execution drivers.
  • Prepare executive-ready dashboards, performance reports, and analytical summaries using approved tools and formats.
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate performance reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.
  • Contribute analytical inputs to Executive Management, Board, and shareholder performance reports.
  • Maintain trackers for strategic and operational initiatives, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Support monitoring of benefits realization by tracking planned versus actual outcomes.
  • Highlight execution risks, delays, and emerging issues, and support corrective action tracking.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and traceability of performance data through proper documentation, version control, and audit trails.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance executive dashboards and scorecards using approved BI tools, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and decision-oriented visualization.
  • Support the use and enhancement of performance management systems, dashboards, and BI tools in collaboration with IT and digital teams.
  • Support integration between the Corporate Performance Management system and source systems to ensure consistency of KPIs, timelines, and definitions.
  • Coordinate system enhancements, change requests, and upgrades with IT and digital teams, including requirements definition, testing, and user acceptance support.
  • Work collaboratively with divisions, departments, and support functions to collect, validate, and analyze performance data.
  • Support performance review meetings by preparing materials, insights, and action logs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
  • Minimum of 8 years direct and relevant experience, preferably within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Large Manufacturing industry.
